I will always use Franklin for as long as Franklin produces paper planner pages. I like written planners, not electronic. I use it for personal and business and cannot live without my planner. The only negative for me this time was that I have a July 2010 to June 2011 set. I wanted to purchase the July 2011 to June 2012 set but I was told that they are not printed that far in advance (February 2011). So I had to buy January 2011 to December 2011 because I cannot wait...I have things to post now. For people like me who have EVERYTHING written down and everything planned out, it's hard to wait until April or May for the next year of pages.

I tried purchasing Apr-Mar in early Jan. I was told via chat they would be available in 2 weeks. 3 week later I was back online. Not available. I called a store and they didn't have them yet either. Chat tech later told me there wasn't a release date avail. Store clerk told me they are telling everyone to switch to Jan-Dec which I did. Do I need to switch to a different planner brand next year? What's up?
Have been using Franklin planners since 1994! Love them!
