I have used your planners for many years, and they are the best quality. A bit higher than other brands, but better paper and designs. My one complaint is the limited choice of designs in the 2 page month. In a business setting the daily one is needed, but for home use organization, the two page works best. I would like more choices.

I ordered the Compact size of these calendar tabs and was extremely disappointed in the quality. The lines on the calendar squares are much too close together to be able to write anything and, on the days when there is more than one pre-printed event (e.g. First Quarter Moon/New Year's Day), part of the lettering is cut off because it doesn't fit on such tiny lines. These are certainly not the Franklin-Covey quality I've come to expect over the years. When I called customer service to see about getting a replacement, I was told that, because I had opened the shrink-wrap packaging, I could not return it. How is one supposed to see what the pages really look like without removing the packaging? (FC closed the only store in my area this spring so I can no longer see pages first-hand before buying.) I was offered free shipping if I purchased another design of calendar tabs at full price. Small consolation but it was something since I really do need next year's calendar tabs. Any size larger than Compact may not share the problems I found but, for Compact users, don't waste your money. Buy a simpler design (Seasons, Monticello, the Original green pages, etc.) if you want to actually use them!

wonderful way to organize my life, appointments, write comments, mileages etc. However, I have been using the Texture Classic refills for twenty years and am very disappointed with the 2017 refills! They are very plain, left off stages of the moon, etc. I could have done better with a ruler and some stiff paper!

My husband and I several doctors' appointments throughout the year. This helps me keep them straight - and I can also note what the appointment is for; eg, tests, follow-ups, etc.
I also have my credit cards, cash, business cards always available. I have had my planner for three years and wouldn't go back to a separate planner and wallet.
Serves my purpose quite well.
