I just received this bag, and am so excited to use it! I travel for work and wanted something to carry my larger laptop, along with power cords, papers, notebook and a snack/bottle of water without being too bulky or fitting too much "stuff." This bag is perfect for my needs.

The top zips completely, which means I can place it underneath the seat on the plane without losing everything. It's hard to tell in the photos, but there are two pockets on the back, including that cool little pocket for a cell phone, which fits my iPhone nicely. I also like the interior isn't dark so I can actually spot what I'm looking for. Some might want more interior organizing pockets, but it's enough for me.

There is a separate, quilted pocket for my computer, which is awesome; however, the only thing I'd change is the strap meant to keep the laptop secure is awfully long, so the computer leans over a bit much into the other side of the bag. I plan to see if I can shorten the strap myself, since that's really the only negative thing I have to report. Oh, and someone else commented the shoulder straps are too short...they are shorter, but I like that so I suppose it's just preference.

This bag is attractive and not the 'same ole bag' everyone else has, which I love.

My daughter seems okay with this. I have named all the things I dislike. Personally I will not buy this the handles are too short and it is bulky.
Oh well each to their own.
