My electronic organizer died on me and you can't get another one unless it is a smart phone. So I decided to go back to my tried and true day planner. Once again, I love it. It keeps me organized. The only thing that I am hesitant about is putting all my personal info in it. If it ever fell into the wrong hands, that is identity theft waiting to happen. Other than that it is excellent. Thank you Franklin Covey!!

I want more color to my notebook.

I have Diabetes that has affected my eyes. I need bigger, darker letters to make it easier to use for organization, or less intense background color.

I could not keep up with appointments or all addresses, like home and email before I received my planner. Love, Love, Love the seasons address pages. I also have the seasons planner refill. I love my Franklin Covey!!!!!

Our entire company uses Franklin Planners. One of the nicest things is the ability to personalize them. Different sizes and styles makes is nice and we can identify our own planners with ease.
My only complaint is the customer service. FP has one of the worst customer service platforms. The people are uninterested in helping, unknowledgeable about the products, website, returns, etc. Typically out of the US and speak poor english. For all you do well you fail in this area on a grand scale. Good thing you have good products. Which probably makes you not really care as seen as your review ask for feedback on products and nothing else.

I would prefer the weekly planner to be set up so each day takes up 1/3 of the page instead of columns. No times listed for each day.. The long column way gives a lot less room to write in the spaces. I don't need the times. Thanks for reading this.
