I have had replacements before this is not the same quality. It is very hard to open and close and teh zipper is hard to use. When I asked to return it, since I took it out of the bag and discarded the packaging I now am stuck with this inferior product.

I do not particularly care for the horizontal or secretarial pockets. They aren't really useful for anything! I wish the writing instrument loops were a bit lower instead of so high because it's hard to maneuver my mechanical pencil. When it closes, it's nice, but I find I have to be very deliberate with my PalmPilot holder to get it to close the way I want. It holds all of the stuff I need. I just really liked the inside layout of my old one better, but the exterior was just shot so I had to replace it.

I use this planner to take notes all day long as I visit employees and clients. It is compact, light and no-nonsense. I had my previous planner for 8 years and am glad they still have something similar.

This binder only comes in 1.25 inch diameter ring.
In the long past I have been able to get 1.5 inch. In the recent past I could order a replacement ring set in 1.5 inches. When I ordered it, the screw holes did not match the screw holes in the new binder. Someone in your purchasing department goofed. Not a happy customer, as I have had to leave out pages in my binder to make it close.
