I like checking off items on a list and these pages make it so easy! There is also plenty of clean space to make notes during phone calls and to record messages for follow up. The colors are bright and cheerful. I wish other components were available in this pattern - phone and other tabs, blank pages, etc.

I use the planner refills for personal and business use. I chose this new design because it seemed fun and colorful. However, I did not realize that it did not include the monthly calendar pages like the other refill designs. If I had known that information, I would not have purchased this product. I am disappointed with this item. I need monthly calendar pages to facilitate essential long-term planning.

Although I realize I could have detected this from the picture, I didn't notice that these pages do not have column for priority like the classic pages. It would be better if both the professional and personal to dos had columns for priority.

I like the wider spacing of lines and flexibility of the Simplicity design. I prefer a one page per day format but went with this for the less structured approach and so far I like it. I might go to the 2 pages per week format for next year.

One BIG drawback is that, unlike other refills, this does NOT come w/ monthly calendar tabs. You have to buy those separate, which doesn't make sense since other refills come w/ the monthly tabs.

I would still buy this again.

This planner makes better use of the pages by not having appointment times preprinted. I used the calendar features on my smart phone now, and my planner is for monitoring tasks throughout the day and making important notes. This planner works well for my purposes.

I have had my planner for years and have purchases all kinds of extras, too! Love the the hole-puncher!

I was so happy you offered annual refills that were more generic and did not force the Covey planning method.

What would I like?

Offer an even more simplified version of the Simplicity refills.

A version that does not look like it was marketed to a woman.

Better yet, an application that allows a customer to create their own calendar-based pages. Note that I will research on your site, because I have the perforated paper stock for my planner that I have not used and I think you have a software app for that stock.

And finally, I can see on your site you are thinking about competition from the smartphone (with no product yet). My smartphone does not serve me as well as my planner, in many ways.

The day planner concept is great. I've used one for over 15 years. I bought one for my wife for Christmas and was very disappointed that the refill pages did not come with the monthly calender pages.

Am a secretary, so have long lists of tasks each day. This was the only style that didn't waste half the page with appointment grids, so have used it for a few years. However, this year the narrow rule lines are now too wide, so less room for tasks and notes. Also, daily list lines are split more obviously into professional vs personal, making the listing of daily work tasks that much more clunky. (I have a separate section in back with weekly pages for home.) Would welcome more styles to choose from without appointment grids, would think that more folks would rely on Outlook for that at work anyway.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery is always OK. No problems. However I suggest you market the daily refill and the month at a glance as a package. It would make ordering much easier. I have forgotten to order the month at a glance only discover my oversight after the daily refills were delivered.
