Have used many versions of this product, when updated to this version the Project Tabs would not delete and the phone support line could not help me, kept blaming my computer. Don't waste your money, this is a real frustrating piece of software!

Downloaded the full product into win 8 64 platform. it immediately started crashing outlook as soon as it opened. Support only via email for win 8. First response took 4 days and wasnt helpful. remaining requests took at least a day each. Found some outside support, but FC support wouldnt verify and finally told me that they no longer supported other than announced OS - Win 8 isnt in the list. My request for a refund has not been answered in a week.

PlanPlus does not consistently sync to smartphone (blackberry 9930). When Pocket Informant is launched message appears that I'm using the app for the first time. When this happens any changes made on the phone will not sync to desktop because the desktop thinks is syncing to the phone for the first time. I have tried to work with technical support (via email) without success. Because this message will appear without rhyme or reason, I can't rely on it to keep track of tasks, appointments or DRE. So disappointed.

This is my go to planning software - I just wish it could sync across the internet to other installations of MS Outlook as well as to iOS devices like my iPhone and iPad.

I downloaded the trial version product for Outlook 2010 and it did not work from the start with many bugs. It caused my Outlook to freeze within minutes and produced many error reports. I tried calling tech support but waited and waited and waited for an answer. No answer. So I tried chat support which took an hour and their resolution was remove and reinstall, but of course I would have to start over with chat support when I rebooted. I asked for a tech supp number and she said it would cost $14.95. I said at this point until I can see if the product actaully works, I'm not spending money on support for a product that doesn't work. She said that is all they offered. I asked for their competitors. The product might be great, but if it doesn't work without Outlook 2010 and/or windows 7 then what's the point. If I could actually talk to a human at thier company wihtout them charging money then that would be a good fundamental first step. Who heard of a sales department charging a customer to sell them something???

I was happy to see the upgraded version for Outlook 2010. Using the product is incredibly helpful so I purchased the new version without hesitation. It immediately crashed Outlook 2010. I tried several reinstalls with no success. I reinstalled the full office suite and again PlanPlus. Now there are no crashes, but Outlook is sluggish and many PlanPlus features don't work. Bottomline, don't waste your money or time. Find another product or use the paper-based version.

I tried the trial version wanting to upgrade and use this software for my primary planning. According to the trial and feedback on this page, FC really should fix this product, whatever it takes. A new version of Office will come along, so it may be an ongoing problem...

I used to use PlanPlus... until the recent upgrade. FranklinCovey software has always been buggy, but I tolerated it for its unique functionality. I was paper-oriented about 20 years ago when there was no good software alternative. But know, it is ridiculous and very dissapointed to find that FC has not addressed buggy software.

I am abandoning it and moving on to finding other software solutions, particularly the ones that work well with iPad and its built-in features.

I am very distressed that this product is still not working with Outlook 2010. I waited until after the patch was in market for a while before purchasing. Loaded the software yesterday only to find that I could never get my Home Page to load, I can't get my tasks to forward, and I can't see all of my e-mail accounts. Service rep told me that the product still does not work with Outlook if you have IMAP-based e-mail accounts which is exactly what I have. Most annoyingly, there is no ETA for a fix.

I have used the Covey system for over 20 years now - starting with the paper-based product and moving through all of the software versions. It's a shame that I'm going to have to walk away now because no one seems to care about making a product that works with the largest e-mail platform in market. Really disappointed in the lack of customer care here. Will NOT recommend this product anymore.

Like many others who have written reviews, I have been using FC products, both paper and electronic, for many years, all the way back to when it was called Ascend software. I've finally gotten over the fact that I can't sync to my iPhone (well, I'm resigned to it at least), but I'm just about at the point of giving up on PPO completely. V7 has been running OK for me until my company IT recently upgraded me to Outlook 2010. Not a choice for me to go back and why would I? In spite of the fact that PPO7 is advertised as Outlook 2010 compatible, IT IS NOT! In Home view, my calendar is inaccurate (appointments missing, showing on wrong days, etc.). My Inbox loses the dates of all messages whenever I move off the Home view, to look at personal folders, Sent folder, anything. It's really annoying to have to keep resorting to get the dates to display. So I "chat" with tech service (because they won't do anything by phone without a credit card number). She very politely informs me that it's "a known issue" with PPO7. Known issue?? Then why isn't it fixed? Why do they still advertise Outlook 2010 compatibility? Looking back over the reviews, I see that this has been going on for over a year. Obviously, FC is not truly interested in this program or their longterm users based on the lack of response to any of these issues.
