Didn't include an adaptor for using transformer in Australia. Drains the Blackberry Bold of power instead of charging it. I was attracted to the "charge 6 devices at once" but found many of the hard wired connectors are of little use. I have since purchased a Belkin product that provides 4 USB ports allowing use of own cords and it also is eco-friendly, shutting down once full charge is achieved
