Unless you alredy have your contacts in MSN Outlook it's difficult to impossible to quickly transfer your contacts from a Word or an Excel spread sheet. Or if it can be done it's not intuitive and obvious.

I couldn't change the font size and the print was too small on the compact print size. (Yes, I read and tried what it said under HELP.) Had no trouble printing, EXCEPT that I could not get the Notes to print. I don't think there was a way to do that.

I have learned to work around these issues but got into the website to see if they had improved this program. MOSTLY, I NEED COMPACT SIZE BUT LARGER FONT SIZE. This program is OK but these upgrades would make this customer a whole lot happier.

My recommending or not recommending to a friend would depend on what that friend needs in an Address Book program.

Very small font on a 17' or larger screen

Can not enlarge any pop-up windows for easyier viewing

If on a Contact Name, and type any character, the program clears out contact name and save to chacater(s) without confimring the change

I ordered the software on-line. It was advertised as being compatible with the Compact planner, when in fact, no Compact pages are available anywhere.

The product is not ready for prime time, will not run on Windows 7 64 bit. Will not print on front page only. The page setup is useless because the system ignores your selection. Customer service is useless.

After spending hours loading a phone book of numbers and addresses, this program prints nothing, except the dots of where the holes go in the page! Even the 'print preview' box shows nothing. As for format, if I want to view my contacts based on alphabetized last name, it is not always in proper order. I called the 1800 number and they sent me to an online chat for support, except the site is no longer available.

Program does not load property into Windows 7. Also, can only print out 3 contacts per page--prints all information. I just want name, address and phone numbers. This was a BIG waste of my hard earned money.

The software is horrible. It won't print on anything but classic size. The compact and pocket size will not print. It gives an error message on start up with 64 bit operating systems. The software truncates telephone numbers longer than 10 digits, (european). It won't print on forms available from Franklin Covey. It will not return the file to the directory from which it came, without inputting the entire file string again. I would not have bought it if I had known all this.
