I have been looking for a pen and pencil set - finding the set at FranklinCovey made my day. When it arrived, I began using the pencil - it does not write well - especially in the planner with the smaller lined paper. The lead in the pencil is loose making it difficult to write.

I love Franklin products all around. Nothing I have ever purchased has been a disappointment. What is disappointing is now the last store in Grand Rapids, MI because there were two is closed. There are none in Indiana or Illinois. Which forces me to buy online and I liked looking at the product prior to purchase and avoiding shipping charges. That suck but other than that I love my most recent purchase.
